All applications for accreditation must be fully completed including
all correct names and contact details details. Moonee Valley Racing Club
reserves the right to accept or decline any application for media
accreditation at the sole discretion of MVRC.
Applications must be received by no later than
Monday 3 October. Applications received after this date may not be
accepted and will only be considered on an individual needs basis.
• Media Accreditation will be issued to WORKING MEDIA only.
• Applications received and approved after Monday, 3 October will NOT
be posted and must be collected from the Moonee Valley Racing Club PRIOR
to raceday.
• It is strongly recommended to apply early.
• Only media with proper identification will be admitted to restricted areas of the course.
PLEASE NOTE: TICKETS WILL NOT BE LEFT AT A GATE ON RACEDAY.
Photographers
• All accredited photographers will need to collect a photographers vest from the Media Room on race day.
• Photographers must adhere to the procedures and follow directions in the Mounting Yard.
MEDIA DRESS CODE
The Moonee Valley Racing Club has dress regulations for the Members' Enclosure at the Moonee Valley Racecourse.
These dress codes must be adhered to by all media when within the Members' Enclosure.
GENTLEMEN
Are required to wear a collar and tie, tailored trousers and either a suit coat, sports coat or blazer.
During summer, suit coat, sports coat or blazer is optional.
LADIES
Are expected to maintain a suitable standard of dress in keeping with the distinction of the Members' Enclosure.
